When you do you will be very welcome to stay with me. I live just south of London. You must also visit the Lake District in the north which is close to the Scottish border. It is wonderful, you will love it. I lived there for seventeen years and it broke my heart when I had to leave:-(

DeleteI have done that a few times many years ago, by boat it takes long, but it is a really nice way to travel.
